Basketball Specific Training
With my basketball players I focus on agility, coordination, explosiveness, and hand eye coordination. In this sport an individual is constantly up and down, accelerating and decelerating, and explosively jumping off the ground and landing with full body control. We will focus on very quick movements, explosive movements, and foot speed through many designed workouts specifically for basketball.
Football Specific Training
With my football players we will focus on agility, coordination, foot speed, hand speed, and lateral movements. Hand eye coordination, exploding from a three point stance. Work with resistance bands and various other resistance training.
